Yesterday I wrote a post on my now-defunct MySpace blog about the incredible customer service experience I had yesterday at Pohanka in Salisbury. It got even better today.
My phone rang this morning and it was one of the customer service reps from Pohanka. They were calling to see how everything was going with the car, find out how my experience was with them yesterday, and see if there’s anything more they can do to help.
We need to get their managers and employees on board at our church!
