And On That Farm He Had A Daughter, E-I-E-I-O

Today in Carolyn’s class of three-year-olds, they had three special visitors.

First a bunny came and visited.  The kids enjoyed petting the bunny.

Then a little puppy came and visited.  The kids enjoyed petting the puppy.

Then Laura Marie came and visited.  One of the little boys asked me, “Can I pet your daughter?”  And sure enough, he started patting her on the head!

  1. I’ve got some chickens if you ever want to borrow one. You’ve got to come get it though.. that might scare my kids a little bringing it in the car with them b/c they’re a bit noisy. You can either tape it’s legs together or perch it on your shoulder and pretend you’re a pirate.

  2. Katie, I don’t even know what to say to that. Um, thanks? Maybe some other time? I have to admit that the pretending-to-be-a-pirate thing does sound pretty cool. You know, the eye patch and all.
